1. Registration & Eligibility
- Applicants must be 18 years or above, with valid KYC documents (Aadhaar, Address Proof, Photograph, Police Verification).
- Registration fees (if applicable) for AMA or Abhi Aya Seva Mitra are non-refundable.
- The company reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning a reason.
2. Roles & Responsibilities
- Abhhyam Marketing Advisors (AMA): Responsible for sales, marketing, retail network development, and supporting Ardh Sainik Mall initiatives.
- Abhi Aya Seva Mitras (Delivery Partners): Responsible for B2C and B2B last-mile delivery as per company guidelines.
- All partners must follow the company’s code of conduct, policies, and performance criteria.
3. Earnings & Incentives
- Any income, commission, or incentive mentioned on this website is illustrative only and depends on individual effort, performance, and market factors.
- The company does not guarantee fixed or assured returns.
- Failure to comply with monthly targets or misconduct may result in suspension/termination of membership.
4. Code of Conduct
- Members must act professionally, respectfully, and with integrity
- Misuse of company name, logo, brand, or misrepresentation to customers is strictly prohibited.
- Uniforms, ID cards, and branding material provided must be used only during official duties.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, and materials on AbhhyamIndia.com are the property of Abhhyam Ventures India Pvt. Ltd.
- Unauthorized use, duplication, or modification is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
- The company is not liable for any personal, financial, or incidental losses incurred by participants due to their independent actions.
- Service delays, technical issues, or third-party dependencies are beyond the company’s control.
7. Governing Law
- These terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
8. Termination
- The company may terminate any registration in case of fraud, misconduct, misrepresentation, or non-performance.
- Termination shall not entitle the participant to claim compensation.
